Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At M3 Web Studios, we want every client to be completely satisfied with their website. We work closely with you throughout the design and development process — including offering a free homepage preview before any payment — so you can see our work and make an informed decision before committing.

2. Free Homepage Preview

Our free homepage preview is completely free with no obligation. You do not pay anything to receive a preview of what your website could look like. If you decide not to move forward after seeing the preview, there is no charge.

3. Website Design & Development Refunds

Our refund policy for custom website projects is structured to be fair to both parties:

  • Before design work begins: If you cancel before we have started design work on your project, the deposit is fully refundable.
  • After design work has begun: Once design work has started and initial concepts have been delivered, the deposit is non-refundable. This covers the time and work already invested in your project. Any payments beyond the deposit that have not yet had corresponding work completed will be refunded.
  • After website launch: Once the website has been launched and final approval has been given, the project is considered complete and fees are non-refundable.

4. Monthly Care Plan Refunds

Our monthly care plans are billed on a recurring basis:

  • You may cancel your monthly care plan at any time with notice. Upon cancellation, no further payments will be processed.
  • Payments already processed for the current month are non-refundable, as they cover services and availability already provided during that billing period.
  • We do not offer partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • You may switch between Basic, Standard, and Premium care plans at any time — the new rate will apply starting with your next billing cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation:

  1. Contact us at micah20johnson@gmail.com with your name, project details, and reason for the refund request
  2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and have always worked directly with clients to find solutions. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it and provide evidence of work completed.

7. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. If you have a situation that falls outside the policies outlined above — such as a family emergency, business closure, or other hardship — please reach out to us directly. We evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you in good faith.
