1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of website design, development, and maintenance services provided by M3 Web Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services

M3 Web Studios provides custom website design and development services including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Website redesign services
• Mobile-responsive layout development
• Contact form implementation
• Search engine optimization (SEO) basics
• Website copywriting
• Monthly website care and maintenance plans

All services are described in detail in project proposals or service agreements provided before work begins.

3. Project Process & Approval

Our standard project process includes:

1. Initial consultation and requirements gathering
2. Free homepage preview (if requested)
3. Design approval by the client before full build begins
4. Development with regular client check-ins
5. Revisions based on client feedback (within agreed scope)
6. Final approval and launch

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. We offer flexible payment structures:

• 50/25/25 Split: 50% deposit to begin, 25% after design approval, 25% before launch
• Weekly Payments: Smaller weekly payments spread across the project timeline
• Biweekly Payments: Biweekly payments aligned with project milestones

Monthly care plans are billed automatically on a recurring basis. Clients may cancel or adjust their plan with notice. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary content (text, images, branding materials) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend project timelines. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content or materials they provide.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content created specifically for their project. M3 Web Studios retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party tools, frameworks, and libraries used in development remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

M3 Web Studios provides services in good faith and to the best of our abilities. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of websites we build. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client pays for work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
